Hi All,

I'm a part of BPM team and we are into addressing direct business profit of initiating a BPM project.

Even though as a BPM professional I know that how BPM related practices can greatly help and provide insight to business but when it comes to business owners or management I'm not able to link BPM as a direct business profit enabler.

Can anybody of you here assist me of a approach by which I can take my thought across the management and let them get a clear and definite idea of how company's customer going to benefit and produce more business opportunities.
