same method, one month before
Hello
I'm working as a business analyst in an IT company. I planned a new task on V Model, moved the design steps of test cases from the right arm of V Model to the left. Each Test Case Design Step will come after the Analysis Design Case.
Management of our group has accepted this new method and we started to apply to new projects. But we don't finished those projects.
I'll be glad , if you have the chance to share what is gained with applying the new method.
