Ive been asked to document a day in the life of each class of user for a new application. Does anyone have suggestions about tools to document this? my PM is asking for pictures...

Having reviewed many tools outtere, I thnk Pega is the best process capture tool I have come across.
Of course since your PM seems to be visual and wants a lot of pictures, you might try using SmartDraw as it is better and cheaper than Visio and has way more functionality as drawing tool.
