Effective Listening Podcast
Well Folks, as promised I have created and uploaded the Effective Listening training. I decided it was best delivered as a podcast that you can download and listen to in your own time.
There is a transcript attached that you may find useful in the try it yourself exercises at the end of the brief workshop.
I hope you enjoy it and find some useful applications for the content in your role as a business analyst. I know I do! It seems to be the best application for dealing with difficult clients, project managers or developers. Especially since using these techniques tend to put the focus back on the other individual to explain and verbalize their position. I find it allows me to become a sounding board.
