Only 5?
Firstly, I don't disagree with your list - but I can think of some more critical oversights that BA's need to consider.
The disciple of Systems Engineering places immense emphasis on the application of top notch Specification Practices. In the Defence and Telecomunications industries, the Systems Engineers are the BA's and a whole lot more. In my observation of BA's in other industries that I've worked in, I would be adding Change & Configuration Management as well as 3rd Party Vendor spec management to your critical list. These sub-practice area's seem to stump the BA's that I have worked with or are just thrown over the fence and is someone elses problem.
