Skills transfer should be on the list

Business analysts, just like other professionals, are responsible for participating in skills transfer activities. BAs need to step up and start sharing their skills with other IT professionals. If they were to do that, the age old (and generally false) lament that developers don't have communication skills would ring even more hollow than it does already.
