Places I like in paris

- Hotel Parc St. Severin in Quartier Latin. Small simple rooms, free wifi, good brkfst, nice living room, fall out into the alleyways, quiet (by church). 2 blocks from RER B. St Michel
- Creperie St Cluny, just around the corner from my hotel, I get the Popeye Crepe and a Bolee of apple cider for about 12 eu.
- Caveau des Obliettes, 3 blocks away, small cylinder of a dungeon used for jazz jam every night. Official group at 10:30, walk-ins play about 11:30, all were good to excellent. Free plus 5 eu for a small beer (10 for large)
- Bistro 30, again around 2 corners (address 30 r. St Severin?), nice full lunch 10eu plus drink plus coffee. Well prepared real food: cream of vegetable soup, some meat/polenta with salad, mousee au chocolat for dessert, total bill about 16 eu. I’d happily go back there again.
