Software reuse has been in the focus of the software development community for many years. Reusing software project artifacts, whether it is a system architecture, requirements, software code, or testware, proved to be a key to improving software quality, reducing time to market and cost of software development and maintenance.

The goal of this survey is to gain visibility into the state of the practice with software requirements reuse in the IT industry. There are 22 questions in this survey, it should take you about 15 min to complete.

The results of this survey will be analyzed and summarized by Yuri Chernak and then either published as an article or presented at one of the conferences in the US. In addition, the results of the survey will be posted on the RQNG site.
