I'm currently running the current State of the IT Union survey and I was hoping that you could take a few minutes of your valuable time to fill it out.  The survey is short and should take less than 5 minutes to complete.  The goal of this ongoing survey series is to find out what IT professionals are
actually doing in practice. There's a lot of rhetoric flying around out there
but not a lot of hard data, making it very difficult for IT departments to make
fact-based decisions as to how to organize the work that they do. You can help
to rectify this problem by filling out this survey as honestly and thoroughly as
you can.

As you may know, my surveys are completely open in that I share the source data (with the exception of identifying information for privacy reasons), the original questions as they were asked, and summary slide decks free of charge so that everyone can take advantage of this resource.  Previous survey results can be found at www.ambysoft.com/surveys/ .  Many organizations have used results from these surveys to help them make strategic process decisions within their IT departments.
