Here's a dumb question: Would You Guarantee Your Work?

I would. That's not to say I make any claims to making perfect products and guarantee results, but I would absolutely guarantee that I will follow a specific process that improves my odds of delivering consistent and quality results. So why is everyone freaking out?

There is a huge difference between warranty and guarantee and I think we've been bilking clients for far too long on the warranty. So go ahead tell me what you really think. Feel free to freak out here...
