Thanks for the Agile info reading - quite interesting, will identify somne info for my doc.
Clarification: I am not doing the ROI sign-off. Happens that the project manager had the ROI ready, which includes brief explanation of solution needed etc, to be published while I am just finishing the first requirements draft :) The good new is that it will not be published before the requirem now
