Business Rules - Reverse Engineering Methodology
Hi All,
I am in the process of preparing a RFP for Business Rules - Reverse Engineering. I need to respond to my client with proper project plan and respective templates to capture business rules in both functional and technical aspects. So please share you experiences if any in this regard and also please share any templates and project Plan of the same.
The RFP should capture this as a minimum.
1. Proposed resource mix to include resources like BA/Developer, as well as
onshore/offshore
2. Summary Matrix of product knowledge for resources available
3. Proposed document templates for both business and IT artifacts
4. Recommended approach to start the work and ramp once POC is complete.
Thanks in advance.
Cheers

exam prep material.
I'm planning to attend the exam and looking for IREB Foundation Level exam prep material.
Specifically, I'm interested in a course or in sample exam questions
Could someone recommend anything?
Thank you in advance ...
Business Analyst Job Description
Mr Wright writes about 'Business Analysts' in his blog Thoughts on a summers day wondering why people demand they have additional, maybe useful other skills, and why IT magazines don’t write about them?
Which started me thinking what exactly is a 'Business Analyst' or more exactly what do we call someone who 'solicits, collects and manages requirements'? Do we all have the same term? Are people confused about this rather generic title? What do they really do? What skills (if any) do they need? Do we, and if so, why do we need a distinct title?
