Any suggestions on how to document use cases where most users are truly passive? For example, the system shows message A and B on monitor 1 Monday through Friday but only message B on Saturday and Sunday.

The business rules are important here and I lose everything if I strip them out. So what is the use case?

I am looking for a good business use case template that will help me to write business process flows without any mention of the involved systems. I have created business process maps or flow diagrams. However, the flow diagrams do not include all the detailed requirements. Would anyone please provide me some links or a sample template?

I am trying to explore the Enterprise Architect tool created by Sparx. I did find a help guide in their site but i m lost and not able to understand and work around the tool. Anybody here can help? I have searched for any online videos or sample case studies of projects done using EA so that I can understand the tool better. Please help!
